1. 앱이 기기 안에서 처리하는 정보
앱은 이용자가 허용한 사진 보관함의 사진·영상을 검색할 수 있게 하려고 아래 정보를 이용자의 기기 안에서만 만들고 씁니다.

이 정보는 앱의 저장 공간에만 보관되고, iCloud 백업에서도 빠지도록 설정되어 있습니다. 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다. 사진 원본은 앱이 따로 복사해 두지 않습니다.
2. Apple이 처리하는 부분
- 결제: Pro 평생 이용권·체험·이용권 코드는 App Store 결제로 처리됩니다. 운영자는 이용자의 이름·카드 정보 등을 받지 않으며, 앱은 기기에서 구매 기록(상품과 날짜)만 확인합니다. Apple의 처리는 Apple 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
- 언어 팩·음성 인식 모델 내려받기: 번역이나 영상 말소리 인식에 필요한 언어 데이터가 기기에 없으면 iOS가 Apple에서 내려받습니다. 이때 사진·영상·검색어는 보내지 않습니다.
- 공유: 이용자가 공유를 누르면 iOS 공유 화면을 통해 이용자가 고른 앱·사람에게 사진이 전달됩니다. 위치 정보를 포함할지는 이용자가 정합니다.
3. 제3자 제공·처리 위탁·국외 이전
운영자는 이용자의 정보를 갖고 있지 않으므로 제3자에게 제공하거나 처리를 맡기거나 국외로 옮기지 않습니다.
4. 권한
- 사진 보관함: 사진을 색인하고 보여 주는 데 필요합니다. 허용하지 않으면 검색을 쓸 수 없고, 일부 사진만 허용하면 그 사진만 검색됩니다. iPhone 설정 → Hunch → 사진에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.
5. 보유 기간과 삭제
운영자가 보유하는 개인정보는 없습니다. 기기 안의 색인과 설정은 앱을 지우면 즉시 삭제됩니다. 앱에서 지운 사진은 사진 앱의 “최근 삭제된 항목”으로 옮겨지며 30일 안에 복구할 수 있습니다.
6. 아동
앱은 나이와 관계없이 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리와 문의
개인정보 열람·정정·삭제 요청이나 문의는 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요. 운영자가 보관하는 정보가 없어 돌려 드릴 정보는 없지만, 처리 방식에 관한 질문에는 답변 드립니다.

8. 방침 변경
앱 기능이 바뀌어 처리 방식이 달라지면 이 페이지를 고치고 시행일을 바꿉니다. 정보를 수집하게 되는 변경은 앱 업데이트 전에 이 페이지와 앱에서 먼저 알립니다.

Summary
- Your photos, videos and the search index built from them never leave your device.
- We run no servers and do not collect or store your personal data.
- No sign-up or login. No advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
1. What the App processes on your device
To let you search the photo library you allow access to, the App creates and uses the following only on your device.

This data is stored only in the App's storage and is excluded from iCloud backup. Deleting the App deletes it. The App does not keep separate copies of your original photos.
2. What Apple handles
- Purchases: The Pro lifetime purchase, trial and pass codes are processed by the App Store. We do not receive your name or payment details; the App only checks your purchase records (product and date) on the device. Apple's handling is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
- Language and speech assets: If translation or speech-recognition data for a language is not on your device, iOS downloads it from Apple. Your photos, videos and queries are not sent.
- Sharing: When you tap Share, photos go through the iOS share sheet to the app or person you choose. You decide whether location is included.
3. Third parties and international transfers
Because we hold no data about you, we do not share, outsource or transfer it.
4. Permissions
- Photo Library: Required to index and show your photos. Without it, search is unavailable; with limited access, only the photos you select are searchable. You can change this anytime in Settings → Hunch → Photos.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain no personal data. The on-device index and settings are deleted immediately when you delete the App. Photos you delete in the App move to “Recently Deleted” in the Photos app and can be recovered for 30 days.
6. Children
The App does not collect data from anyone, including children.
7. Your rights and contact
Send requests or questions to the address below. Since we hold no data about you there is nothing to return, but we are happy to answer questions about how the App works.

8. Changes
